The most challenging aspect of my work at deveritec is combining the work of specialists from different disciplines to create a common product. The spectrum of requirements ranges from hardware development, firmware development, the development of mathematical methods for modeling and calculation to the user interface and the experimental verification of the agreed performance parameters. This requires every day anew a good, highly interdisciplinary teamwork, the goal-oriented classification of one’s own abilities and the understanding of the point of view of other disciplines.
